Our Values
We believe effective therapy begins with feeling safe, respected, and understood. Our work as therapists is grounded in the understanding that people's identities, cultures, histories, and lived experiences shape how they move and experience mental health, healing, and care.
Throughout our education, training, and professional work, we have been committed to learning how systems, bias, and social experiences can impact mental health. We have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and identities, which has continuously reinforced to us the importance of humanity, curiosity, and ongoing learning in therapeutic spaces.
